Chick-fil-A Nuggets Review

Kids love em, adults love em, and even dogs love em. Yes, I am talking about chicken nuggets. No matter who you are, you probably love chicken nuggets. There’s no other way around that statement. However, the type of chicken nuggets you prefer can vary quite a bit.

Most kids are used to eating McDonald’s McNuggets and that’s fine, but if you have a little bit finer taste and prefer chicken nuggets made out of actual chunks of chicken, then look no further than Chick-fil-A’s chicken nuggets.

Chick-fil-A nuggets come in 8 or 12 count. Obviously, the 12 count is better, but you also pay more. For the price of around $4.89 for the 12 count, you could almost get a 20 count from McDonald’s. But as they say, you get what you pay for.

This review is about the 8 count nuggets, which is around $3.49, more or less. They are 260 calories, 12g fat, 9g carbs, and 28g protein (WHOA!). As you can see, a lot of protein in these little things and I love that. It means the chicken is actual chicken breast and not put together chicken such as you’ll find in McNuggets or most other fast food nuggets.

First Glance

Now I’ll be honest. On the first glance, the nuggets themselves don’t look as clean or perfect as what you might find at other fast food restaurants. That’s precisely due to the fact that they are made using real chicken breast meat. So it can’t be “shaped” to a perfect shape just like each chicken breast is slightly different.

First Bite

Once you bite into these nuggets, you DO NOT CARE how they look. They taste AMAZING. The chicken is clean, white, and has the perfect texture. It’s essentially like biting into a piece of chicken breast. There is absolutely no mystery meat or anything like that.

If you love to dip you nuggets, Chick-fil-A has several options to choose from such as BBQ, honey mustard, ranch, buffalo, Sriracha, Chick-fil-A sauce, and Polynesian sauce. Whatever you choose to dip in or not dip in, you will no doubt enjoy these nuggets.

The verdict is go to your closest Chick-fil-A and order some nuggets for your enjoyment. If you don’t like these nuggets then chances are you won’t like any. These are some of the best chicken nuggets you can get from any fast food restaurants and the best part is the meat is true and authentic. No mysterious or weird cartilage pieces to chew on and destroy your appetite.
